About Innovative Food Processing

This website contains scientific documentation on how six innovative food processing technologies work on different food products.

The website is made as part of the research project iNOBox, a four-year project funded by the Research Council of Norway, which took place in the period 2018-2022.

Nofima led the project where European researchers and equipment suppliers collaborated with the Norwegian food industry to document several new technologies and methods, and gather the knowledge in a web-based tool, accessible to all.

You are visiting this tool now. The website is designed to make all documented facts about the relevant technologies easily accessible to everyone.
